šecer dilema

Može li mi netko molim Vas pomoci uvezi šecera.

Ujutro znam staviti šecera u kavu (5g.), nekada bijeli, sada smeđi (što je isti
vrag, još i gore), a znam i kupiti onaj pravi smeđi šecer u prahu.
No, mene opet zanima, koji JE PRAVI smeđi šecer? Koliko on uistinu deblja?

I meni najvažnije pitanje, što je sa zaslađivacima? Nama poznati natreen...

Dali je istina da su oni loši za zdravlje? Dali je dobro natrenom zamijeniti
šecer?

Smeđi šecer - smece

Zaslađivaci - sukraloza, acesulfam-k, aspartam, saharin, ciklamat - ok jer niti sadrže kalorije niti utjecu na razinu šecera u krvi

nisi nikad cuo da su neke stvari ok u malim kolicinama a u vecim otrovne?

da al ja san govorija samo sta se tice aspartama ima i drugih sladila, sta mislite o stevii jel je ima di u ducanu kupit ili se narucuje,ako neko zna ducan nek podjeli s nama

ako žvaceš žvakace teško ceš ga izbjec :)

Ja sam jednom naletila na neke koje kao nemaju aspartama al to je bila katastrofa....tvrde ko kamen nakon 5 min..

te žvake su valjda još jedino sranje koje mi je ostalo što se tih cuda od zaslađivaca tice :)

U svakom slucaju, smeđi šecer, pogotovo onaj kupovni, je definitivno još i gori od bijelog...ko ne vjeruje neka proba otopit malo šecera u vodi i pricekat par min - voda postane smeđa, a šecer bijel

malo mi je jasnije sada. E sada cu ispasti kao razmaženo derište, ali može
li mi netko molim vas preporuciti nekakvo vec gotovo sladilo?

Kao npr. "imaš u Konzumu, kupi sladilo koje se zove "sladac"... ili npr.
"Imaš u Getrou sladilo koje se zove "zdravoslađivac", koji je najbolji... bla,
bla, bla"...

Vidio sam da neki još uvijek koriste natreen, ono vade iz džepa, pa klik u
kavu i natrag u džep, ali dali je natreen OK?

Ili mi možete preporuciti neki bolji, "zdraviji" ili možda koji se
preporucuje za ljude koji se bave bodybuildingom, fitnessom, itd...

volija bi je nabavit znas i sam zasto.
gym girl zvake zvacen vrlo rijetko,cola zero i slicna sranja nikako nastojin izbjec koliko god mogu taj aspartam jer san cita o njemu,inace je kategoriziran ka bojni otrov

 Superman imaš posebno jedan na kojem piše "fur bodibilderiše und gesunde fitness leute"

šalu na stranu, ja recimo koristim neki iz Interspara, njihova marka, na bazi ciklamata.
