cucanj je kralj svih vježbi,al pored toga za razvoj nogu je dobar i leg press,iskorak i nožna ekstenzija da lijep oblik i definiciju na mišic. ;)

ja imam mrsavije noge, oduvijek sam imao..... sad me zanima oce li mi se one ojacat i nekako "ujednacit s gornjim dijelom....  radim Upper/lower split program... 4 puta tjedno u teretani.... nadam se da ce rast proporcionalno...:(

Onda radije odradi oba puta kad radiš donji dio heavy, bez onih š0+ shema.

Udri po cucnjevima svih vrsta, mrtvom svih vrsta, iskoracima, good morningu itd.

                  hiperextenzija(sjedeci nozni pregib) 3serije š2komada
                  listovi 4serije 8komada
                  trbusni
srijeda: odmor
cet: gornji dio
petak: deadlift 4serije 8
          lezeci nozni pregib 3serije š0
          leg press 3serije š2
          listovi 3serije š2
          trbusni

gornji dio vjezbe niam stavljao jer nisu bitne ovdje...
trening mi traje tocno šh
i nakon sto odradim noge stvarno jedva stojim. super ih odradim, nebi mogo ni jedno ponavljanje bilo ceg odradit...
sad me zanima jel to dobro za jacanje ili? uz pravilnu prehranu naravno
