interesira me da li netko ima slicnih iskustava.

u zadnje vrijeme kroz cijeli dan me prati osijecaj gladi i bez obzira koliko jedem za najvise 2 sata sam opet gladna

Da li se to dogadja nekom od vas?

 Proljece ti je to! Dogada se i meni. i mislim da bih mogla vola izjest. Pogotovo se javlja ako si bila na nekoj reduciranoj prehrani. Pij vode puno kroz dan, al nemoj mi se ubit vodom

2 litre te nece ubit kroz jedan dan

mislila sam postit jedan dan, kako bi mi se ocistio organizam i stisnuo zeludac,

jer ovo nema smisla , ja sam 2 sata nakon rucka gladna kao da danima nisam jela!

Pijem sigurno 2 l vode dnevno ali osjecaj gladi je sveprisutan!

jos kad me opali pms morat cu nositi svinjsku koljenicu u torbi

dobar metabolizam to jest razgradjivanje hrane,,, efektivni treninzi uredan zivot.....motor radi dobro....

vidis to je meni isto,jedem 6 puta na dan,pazim sta jedem,a kako sam poceo intenzivnije vjezba glad me stalno hvata,ja popijen dosta vode al opet,evo sad sam opet gladan,nista,malo badema u usta i to je to,mene to barem zasiti

Unazad par dana sam gladna za popizdit. Od Nove godine omrsavila sam š2 kg, sada imam 90 do 9š kg. Sva sreca da redovito idem na fitness pa se sva ta hrana potrosi.

I mene jako zanima kako pobijediti nekontrolirane nalete gladi????

 kako zima posustaja tako bi i nasa hrana trebala biti laganija a nebi bilo lose sprovesti takozvanu kuru od nekoliko dana za prosiscavanje organizma kako bi se istoimeni oslobodio od toksina nakupljenih od teske zimske hrane i malo kretanja.... hrana bi trebala biti sezonska prilagodjena podrucju u kojem zivite........proljece je doba godine kad je nasem organizmu to jest imunoloskom sistemu potrebna dodatana potpora ,,,,vitamini ,minerali

Ako si u mogucnosti, onda operi zube. Suzbije osjecaj gladi na neko vrijeme.

Bas dobro shvacas stvari haha, ma bas si legenda, Tanja

A i ti , Davide, znas ono prat  cu zube svaki put kad ogladnim svaki put , to bi onda 4-5 puta na dan prao zube (i ja se pridruzujem dobrim shvacanjima )

 Nova dijeta:

dorucak: casa vode, 2 cm vademecum-a (moze po zelji eukaliptus, pepermint i sl.)

rucak: 2 case vode, š cm zirodenta, za desert plidenta od jagode

vecera:buduci da ste tokom dana vec previse jeli, najbolje da ju preskocite
