 da li je može jesti sušeno voce ako se želiti mršaviti? npr. suhe šljive su zdrave, ali imaju 240 kcal na š00 g ?!ali su dobre kod opstipacije...

Da li vi jedete sušeno voce i u kojim kombinacijama?

 bilo bi bolje izbjegavat suseno voce na definiciji a ubacit svjeze voce zto sto suseno voce na š00 g ima vise ugh  od svjezeg...

ako grjesim neka me iskusniji ispravi ;)

  Suhe šljive i marelice su odlicne.Ja znam uzet recimo 5 suhih šljiva kao međuobrok.

  Imaju puno secera, al je suho voce jedna od najboljih stvari za regulaciju probave- djeluju kao laksativi !

Pojedem 2 suhe šljive ujutro i to mi je super!

A moja splitska cimerica UUUUVIJEEEK ima sušeni ananas i mango na stolu i to te tako lijepo gleda sa stola da ne mogu odoljeti da malo ne capam! hihi

  Ananas i mango sušeni nažalost jesu zaslađeni. :/ I brusnice.

JEdino u bio&bio ducanima se može nabaviti nezaslađeno, ali košta presmiješno previše.

 sušene jagode su predobre al i skupe pravo, al trenutno samo nekad grožđice poslije treninga konzumiram!

JA OBOŽAVAM SUHO VOcE ODUVIJEK,BRUSNICE U KONZUMU ALI U RINFUZI NISU ZASLAĐENE I MRAK SU, JA IH JEDEM DNEVNO 20 DKG,NEMAM PROBLEMA S KILAŽOM,ALI cAK I KAD SAM BILA NA DIJETI GROŽĐICE,INDIJSKE ORAšcIcE I BRUSNICE JELA SAM SVAKI DAN I NIJE MI NIKAD NAšTETILO ,OD SLATKIšA SVIH NAJBOLJE JE SUHO VOcE,,,,,VJEŽBAJ,KREcI SE I UŽIVAJ SLOBODNO U SUHOM VOcU.
