Zadnjih par dana kad god navratim u konzum jednostavno
moram kupit kikiriki,do duse, onaj u ljusci u rinfuzi,
uzmem i po citav dan ga grickam... nisam osjetio da sam se
udebljao, al se bojim na duze staze da hocu. Znam da je
kikiriki kombinacija masti i proteina i da je dosta
kloricno... Ali sam negdje citao da organizmu treba vise
energije tj. vise kalorija potrosi da probavi proteine i
samim tim trosi kalorije unesene mascu, pa da u konacnici i
nisu bas za debljanje... jesam u pravu?
Ili da se jednostavno klonim kikirikija? Jedete li vi
kikiriki i sta mislite o ostalom orašastom vocu opcenito...

ako ih grickaš cijeli dan, onda nisu baš najbolji izbor

to moraš sam provjerit...kolike ti kolicine i kad odgovaraju...meni su bademi super i jedem ih uz posni, i to šacicu...kikiriki mi ne odgovara i bok tako da sam se s tim pozdravila..

tako ja neki dan kažem jednom decku na poslu da proba tu kombinaciju, posnog s bademima, i dođe on drugi dan i kaže da je pojeo 300 g badema u jednom danu  e pa ljudi moji, ako je zdravo ne znaci da nema kalorija - eaasyyy

joj gymka ja ga potpuno razumijem, jer ni ja nemam granice sa tim orašastim plodovima kao ni sa suhim vocem..ufff

obožavam kikirikiiiiiii mogla bi ga kilu pojesti

joj ja ga volim i bas se tesko suzdrzavam, sve je ok dok ne
pocnem, al kad pocnem grickat, ne znam stat, do duse, nisam
preso vise od š50gr dnevno...
al ipak cu se probat suzdrzat, sto manje...
joooj zasto su tako masni a tako ukusni zaaastoooo!?!?!
