Nisam ovdje vidjela slicnu temu - pa cu je otvoriti .
Dakle, decko mi je nabavio onaj mjerac pulsa... Znate ono šta ide oko prsa (iliti ispod sisa ) i imate sat na ruci i mjeri vam puls, e sad... Mene zanima koji je najveci, a da je u granicama normale, puls za žene? Meni se zna popeti i do š90 otkucaja u minuti, ali onda moram stati tj. tijelo mi ne može više... Neki "normalan" puls za vrijeme vježbanja mi je oko š80 otkucaja u minuti, pa me zanima da li je to normalno ili je to ipak previše i da li bi trebala smanjiti napore? Hvala na odgvorima |

max hart rate 220 - godine.... pa si izracunaj... ;)
Uglavnom...trening bi trebala raditi na manje otkucaja od max HR.... |

Znaci, max hart rate mi je 202... Ok, onda je š80, š90 otkucaja sasvim ok
