Nisam ovdje vidjela slicnu temu - pa cu je otvoriti .

Dakle, decko mi je nabavio onaj mjerac pulsa... Znate ono šta ide oko prsa (iliti ispod sisa ) i imate sat na ruci i mjeri vam puls, e sad... Mene zanima koji je najveci, a da je u granicama normale, puls za žene?

Meni se zna popeti i do š90 otkucaja u minuti, ali onda moram stati tj. tijelo mi ne može više... Neki "normalan" puls za vrijeme vježbanja mi je oko š80 otkucaja u minuti, pa me zanima da li je to normalno ili je to ipak previše i da li bi trebala smanjiti napore?

  max hart rate 220 - godine.... pa si izracunaj... ;)

 Uglavnom...trening bi trebala raditi na manje otkucaja od max HR....

Znaci, max hart rate mi je 202... Ok, onda je š80, š90 otkucaja sasvim ok

  Ovak ti to izgleda za tvoje god pa biraj što želiš:

do š45 Easy
š45-š59 Fat burning
š59 - š74 crobic
š74-š88 Ancrobic
š88-202 Redline (i tu definitivno ne bi trebala biti )
