 imam 35 godina, visina š,83 cm ,tezina 82 kg, nisam debel ali imam pivski trbuh ,zanima me ko mi moze pomoci sastaviti tjedni jelovnik i program vjezbi ,zelim odrzati postojecu misicnu masu i skinuti visak masnog tkiva oko trbuha,,

 hej, vidim da si jedan od novijih clanova, pa prvo dobrodosao! gle, prvo mal 'procesljaj' forum i stranicu, ima tu vec dosta i programa prehrane, mozda ce ti koji odgovarat.. sretnoo..

 Kak ste svi zlocesti....

Tvoj problem je nekvalitetna prehrana i premalo bavljenja sportom. Nije neka filozofija. Oboje poboljsas i to je to.

Predlazem piletinu, posni sir, jaja, povrce, smanji masnoce, koristi proizvode od cjelovitih zitarica.... i kreni trcati! Ili biciklirati ili rolati.... Samo da se dobro uspuses i uznojis i pivska skembica ide dolje!

Meni se nije dalo ni odgovarat bezveze kad znam da nece ni doc pogledat, nema smisla
