  • file bijele ili plave ribe (svježi ili zamrznuto/odmrznuti)
  • oguljena svježa rajcica ili pelati
  • bilo vino
  • maslinovo ulje
  • cešnjak, peršin
  • sol, papar
  • bosiljak ili origano


Na dno tepsije staviti maslinovo ulje, cešnjak i peršin nasjeckani na sitno i na to filete ribe. Zaliti sa malo bilog vina i prekriti oguljenom rajcicom iz koje smo izvadili sjemenke ili pelatima. Posoliti, popapriti i posuti bosiljkom ili/i origanom i peci u srednje vrucoj pecnici oko š sat.

ne. lipo se kuha u saftu. bude ti ko parmiggiana, samo bez patliđana i sira. možeš ti i staviti neki sir gori da se zapece, finije je ali nije nužno.
