2. romanian deadlift 3. bent over row 4. cleans 5. front squats 6. push and press 7. back squats 8. good mornings 9. pushups š0. bicep curls jel to taj barbell complex? naso sam vise tih verzija, negdje ima po 4-5 vjezbi, negjde po š0 ko ovo sto sam napisao. jel radi netko ovu vrstu treninga? kakvi su rezultati? hvala |

Ovo gore ti je primjer barbell complexa, s tim da imas varijacija koliko hoces, mozes i sam izmisljat. Vijacu mozes odradit kao lagani warmup, ali po meni nema potrebe dodatno jos preskakat nakon ovoga. Zapravo, sve ovisi kojim intenzitetom radis, s kojim tezinama i koliki je broj ponavaljanja. Ja osobno radim jako slican complex, i zadovoljan sam. Mada ne mogu pouzdano tvrdit koliko je efikasniji od neceg drugog, ali to mi je instant rijesenje, za š0-š5min odradit jako dobar cardio.

to je i cilj ovakvih treninga sta brze se izmorit i dignit otkucaje srca,a varijacije moze stvarno vise nacina i to je i po efikasnosti mislin tu negdi,a ako je taj trening dobro odradjen poslin nema potrebe a ni snage za vijacu jos.ja san trenutno na 20kg ovo izvodin a znan da tgorn koji ima 20 kila vise od mene radi sa 30 onda mislin da mi nije potriba tako se opterecivat da je ovo dovoljno

i bolji efekt.ja volin trcat š5 minuta HIIT,al da cu ic sat vrimena lagano trcat nema sanse,a nema ni koristi. meni se neda ic u gym radi barbell kompleksa i ez sipke iman doma ravnu sipku i utege, cak mi se cini bolje sa ravnon |

Ma cini mi se da ni HIIT trcanje se bas ne voli... ja smatram da je lakse odradit barbell kompleks nego sprintanje... barem meni... mene sprintevi iscrpe da se skoro srusim na stazi |

Pa neznam ni sam, ali na dodir, nogu se nekako tvrdje Meni je inace zadnja loza jaca, no muce me quadricepsi... moram njioh ojacat da mi drze koljeno stabilnim... sad sam poceo radit duboki cucanj.. kompletno do dna.. mozda ce tako ojacat.. |
