Orbitrek i HIIT

  Dakle, imam pitanje
Kada se na Orbitreku poveca otpor, na maximalno, i onda vježba oko š0-20 min....dali se to može smatrati HIIT treningom?
I, znam da vam je puna kapa ovih pitanja :P, ali takva vrsta treninga, HIIT (ako to uopce je HIIT) ce dovesti do oblikovanja trbušnih mišica? naravno, uz vježbe za trbušne mišice :)

Naravno, + dobit ce± veliku µilu na bicepsu.

 š0-20minuta na orbitreku ja nebi smatra HIITom jer HIIT je visoko intenzivni intervalni treningi i radi se o izmjeni visokih i laganih intervala tako da nista od toga. a i nesto si mislim da neces bas moc u nekom super brzom tempu radit 20 minuti na orbitreku u komadu,tako da radje radi 20 sec najbrze sta mozes ona 60 sec lagano

  zmaju, kuzin ja to....ali 20 minuta na najveci otpor...ugl, prava verzija HIIT-a bi bila to, 20 sec najbrze, pa 60 sporije?
