da li jedete solo bjelanjke, koliko cesto i koliko?
Da li je netko konzumirao do sada bjelanjke u prahu i kakva su iskustva?

Ja ih koristim cca tri tjedna i moram priznat da sam zadovoljan... poslije treninga uzimam whey i grožđani a bjelanjke u prahu prije spavanja.
Uzimam mjericu 30 grama što je oko 25 grama proteina jer š00 grama bjelanjaka u prahu sadrži min. 85 % proteina... dobro spavam i nisam gladan... uzeo sam ih par puta i ujutro... ucinak je isti... full zasitno !

zvuci mi bolesno... za upotrebu u restoranima jos i da, iz
HACCP-a , ali za kucnu upotrebu... malo sam skeptik...
onako kupis si svjeza jaja i cao... nikakvi praskovi ...

i meni je uvijek žao bacit žutanjke..pa ih onda pojedem iz sažaljenja

mislim da se polako približavamo dobu kad ce u jednoj piluli biti sadržan cijeli obrok

 Kaj nije jednostavnije kupit paket jaja za š0 kuna i jest normalna kuhana zdrava jaja nego tu nekakve praške i slicne gluposti? Dva kuhana jaja ujutro i dva navecer, nema boljeg... Vjerujem da je i taj prašak prilicno skup.

A 2 kuhana jaja imajuš4g proteina.. to je malo.. a obet zutanjak ima puno masnoce.. zato se kupuje bjelanjak u prahu (izbjegnes bacanju zutanjka)

 A nije sve u proteinima, zato postoji whey, cemu još kupovati nekakve praške. Koliko sam upucen, jaja imaju još dosta sastojaka koji koriste organizmu...
