Bok,

Pozdravljam sve na forumu, koliko sam na brzinu uspio
proletiti po forumu ima zanimljivih tema i rasprava tako
da ce biti zanimljivo sudjelovati.

Kaj se tice treninga imam nekog iskustva, malo sam zbog
privatnih, obiteljskih obaveza pauzirao 2 godine i malo
se zapustio tako sam odlucio povratak u staru formu i ovo
ce mi biti dodatna motivacija kada zapne :)
Inace vec 3 mjeseca svakodnevno kuham, pazim na hranu i
treniram 5x tjedno i trenutni cilj mi je skinuti BF ispod
š0%.
Trenutno sam sa 90 kg koje nisu bile natucene na nacin
koji sam želio došao na 80 i napravio dobar dio puta
prenma tom cilju, a kasnije se vracam prema 85 do 90 kg
uz pravilnu prehranu i dodavanje mišicne mase.......
visok sam š7š
Za sada tolko, ako nekoga zanima nešto više neka slobodno
pita.......tipkamo se

Ahh da, znam da sam nekaj izostavio
imam 30 god, radim u telekomunikacijama, ali sport mi je
ljubav i nesto cime bi se volio baviti, ak ne u ovom u
drugom zivotu
Kaj se aktivnosti tice od malena sam u sportu, manje vise
borilacki, no zadnjih 6 godina igram baseball, teretana u
periodima kada se pripremam, no sve više lagano ostavljam
sve ostalo i mislim da cu se posvetiti samo teretaani, sto
zbog nedostatka vremena koje mi pojede ostalo, sto zbog
ozljeda koje sam nabrao, tako da ima "velike" planove kaj
se treninga u tertani tice

ja sam se nakon tolko godina zasitio tih borilackih
sportova, zaželio sam se malo timskog sporta pa sam se
prebacio.
Mozda bi ostao na thai boxu da se klub nije raspao, ovako
sam ispunio i tu potrebu za timskim sportom

ja sam totalno anti tip za timske sportove (osim za gledanje )
