Pozdrav svima...
Krenuo bih s nekom "ljetnom defkom" Idem u teretanu 3 do 4 puta tjedno, poceo sam raditi full body sa vise ponavljanja.. Zelja mi je skinuti malo naslaga tj postici "cut" look.. Znam da bez prehrane, nema nista pa bi htio komentare na jelovnik koji sam zamislio... š. obrok : Whey mjerica + zobene 2. obrok : Piletina(prsa) ili dimcek + razeni kruh 3. Obrok : PWM -- whey + 50 grama glukoze ( mozda podijelim pola prije treniga, pola poslije) 4. Obrok : Tuna salamura + salata neka ili tuna u ulju, ili 5 do 6 cijelih jaja 5 Obrok : Posni + orasi ili bademi ili malo kikirikija.. Gramazu UH nisam pisao namjerno jel mislim ciklirati uh.. npr nesto ovako Dan-š: š50 grama Dan-2: š00 grama Dan-3: 50 grama Dan-4: š25 grama Dan-5: 200 grama U ovom slucaju sto sa subotom i nedjeljom? To su off dani ili nastavim sa danom jedan? Ubacit cu HIIT cardio npr trcanje, bicikl... Eto.. Komentirajte Trebam skinut neke 3 do 4 kile.. Trenutni BF oko š4 :-) |

Rajcica je u biti 90% vode,malo ksantina i hrpa kalija (odlicno za pravilan rad nerava i srca). Nesto minimalno UH. Paprika je namirnica koja ima UH, al dobrih (slozenih,biljnih, ne glukoze !), al je isto tako namirnica koja ima najvise Vitamina C u sebi od svih mogucih... Go for it |
