Radite li sklekove, koliko komada i koliko cesto?
Prije sam znao raditi š20 komada / dnevno. Sad rijeđe radim, no sve mi se cini da cu ih opet pocet extra raditi. Serija mi je cca 30-40 komada. Radite li ih vi i što mislite o njima? Meni je to extra vježba za prsa + osjetim i pomak u drugim mišicima. ![]() ![]() Edited by Zoki |

Ja ih napravim tijekom treninga nekad i do š00 kom sa pauzama (ovisi kako ide trening i kako trener odredi), najcešce po š0-š5 odjednom, a mislim da ih mogu 20-30 odjednom.

ne znam da li je itko probao onaj š00 pushups challenge, mogu iz osobnog iskustva rec da je fkt super, makar ja nisam doso do kraja, odradio sam 5 tjedana, i nakon tog sam mogo 70 komada srokat, a na pocetku chalenga 40 jedva... a obicno oko 5 serija po 25

da..al nakon tih 8 sam bila krepana..ovo su mi sada serije onako....za zagrijavanje ![]() evo 33 u komadu..možda bi i mogla još...al desno rame mi pocne rikavat pa odustanem.... I ok...samo ti budi grozan...mene to motivira....pred malo mi je napraviti muški sklek bio tek zadatak ![]() ![]() |
