Plivanje - prijedlog treninga?

Ima netko prijedlog nekog treninga? Cilj: oblikovanje tijela i skidanje masnih naslaga.
Plivam 3x tjedno od sijecnja(vecinom u jutro) po 45-60 min. Nemam neki princip, otplivam 8 širina prsno, 8 kraul 8 ledjno pa ispocetka, izmedu svakih 8 vrlo kratke pauze š5 sec i tako prvih 30 min, a poslije samo kraul i na kraju lagano ledjno. To mi je sve nekako zbrkano a i ne vidim neko oblikovanje ni pomak osim rucetina i ramena,ko superman hodam ponekad, drugi dijelovi su isti, tu je pak i problem zbrkana prehrana,ali nedam se. Ima netko ko se bavi plivanjem?

  Plivanje je (barem meni) DALEKO najbolji crobni sport koji postoji.

š. Jaca pravilan polozaj tijela
2. Jaca kicmeni stub
3. razvija cijelo tijelo, pogotovo gornji dio tijela: ramena,ruke,prsa,trbuh, ledja
4. nema otpora, tako da nema udara na zglobove, ne ostecuju se kao npr. kod trcanja
5. od svih sportova najvise jaca plucni kapacitet

Ali, kao prvo, moras nauciti pravilno plivati- tehniku pravilnih pokreta, pravilnog disanja pogotovo ! Pokreti trebaju biti simetricni, bez trzaja, koristiti muskulaturu koja je potrebna za te pokrete itd...
Al to ne mozes sam nauciti, to ti mora pokazati neko ko vec zna ili da upises neki kurs  (u BiH to ima, ne znam kako je u Hrvatskoj...)

Ja licno plivam dvije godine i svaki put kad izadjem iz bazena osjecam se fenomenalno !
Da ne pricam kako sam upravo plivanjem skinuo 90% masnih naslaga sa sebe, pogotovo sa trbuha i bokova i zategao ramena,ruke i prsa... Izgubio sam š6 kila !

Dakle, sve preporuke.
Naucit tehniku dobru i samo rokaj !
4 puta sedmicno je sasvim dovoljno, nemoj vise od toga, ipak je plivanje dobro naporno ! Mozes ubacit jos jedan jednu crobnu aktivnost (npr. biciklo ili trcanje) i eto ti uspjeha

  Plivanje je zakon! Najbolja stvar za ucvršcicanje tijela bez kvrgavih mišica! Prošle god sam bila kod frendice na moru tjedan dana u 6. mj i to što sam napravila u tih tjedan dana plivanja od tijela, nisam mogla vjerovati da se toliko mogu preoblikovati u tako kratkom roku!

za plivanje!

Moj problem je taj što od bazena uvijek dobijem neku upalu i sl ženske stvari tako da sam odustala od plivanja "na kopnu". Ali tko može - super!

  ja sam dosta dugo bio vaterpolist i plivanje je cudo...sad najvaznija stvar je plivat pravilno..to je malo teze za naucit jer ja sma nakon 2god tek naucio sve stilove...radi duge zamahe rukama,ruka ceka ruku....plivaj kraul,prsno,leptir(ako mozes ruski leptir svaka cast),ja od kad sam prestao s vaterpolom odlazim na bazen svako malo...najvaznije pazi na disanje,svaki 3 zamah kod kraula uzmi zrak pa ga izbaci.....zapamti kvaliteta prije kvantitete

Koliko vidim nema previse ljudi koji zalaze u bazen na ovom forumu,eto ja sam skinuo š6 kg za sad uz pomoc plivanja......ispocetka nisam mogao preplivati 50 metara u komadu a sada plivam 5 km u komadu,,,ako ima usput tko kakvih pitanja ili savjeta bio bi zahvalan

  Evo da se i ja ukljucim u ovaj forum. Svratio sam prvenstveno zbog plivanja.

Plivam dosta dugo, a u zadnje vrijeme malo ozbiljnije i na "duge staze"!

Malo sam si poboljšao tehniku i iza sebe imam jedan maraton od 5km. To mi je zasad najduže što sam isplivao. Nije puno, ali za pocetak sam zadovoljan.

Zanima me imaš li neke savjete za poboljšanje tehnike, možda neku literaturu itd.

E i koliko si najviše isplivao km? cisto informativno:D

  Ja sam loša u plivanju...ucila sam manje više sama..nešto malo mi pokazala frendica...loša sam utoliko da sam nula naspram onih koji su odlicni..a opet plivam bolje od vecine frendica koje se nisu bavile plivanjem..ovo ljeto bi voljela poboljšati tehniku-....pa ako imaš neke savjete....jedva cekam

Imaš na youtube-u dosta primjera kvalitetne tehnike plivanja.

Ja sam naucio pravilnije disati i uz manje zamaha preplivati vecu dužinu i to mi puno pomoglo. Manje se umaram uz bolje rezultate.

  Plivanje je odlican crobni trening. Kao takmicar sam ga trenirala 6 godina. Danas ne volim plivat u bazenu ali cim pocme sezona kupanja rado ga prakticiram na moru kao kardio trening.
Za mršavljenje mislim da je najbolja opcija maratonski tip treninga plivanja. Dakle uputiš se jednakim tempom pola sata do 45 minuta (ovisi o kondiciji) bez pauze recimo kraul. Za odmor prebaciš na lagani prsni ili leđni stil. Još ako je jutarnji trening na prazan želudac...

Vec sam mislila da nitko od fitovaca ne pliva...bogu hvala da se neko javio.
Marijucha, ja sam trenutno stala s plivanjem-bez posebnog razloga, ali nastavit cu opet. Inace ja plivam od 6-7 u jutro, naravno na prazan zeludac, 3x tjedno.
Znaci, za unistavanje sala je najbolje neprekidno plivat bez pauza..ja sam kombinirala kraul,ledjno, prsno s vrlo kratkim pauzicama.
Bas me zanimalo necije misljenje, a jos mi je draze da znam da sam si napravila dobar trening...jeeeji.
jedino kaj me disanje tu i tam zezne, valjda bas nisam skroz pravilno svladala...a bit ce i to...

  Eh...stari sam ti ja plivac
Kilometara i kilometara iza sebe.
Za fatburning je najbolje plivati kao sto sam gore napisala.
Ja osobno nabacim cvike za plivanje i krenem uz obalu kraul. Kad mi puls ode visoko okrenem se na ledja i lagano plivajuci odmaram i disem...onda opet kraul ili prsno. Kad sam pri kraju zadnjih pedesetak metara odvalim sprint delfinom i to je to.
U pocetku je dovoljno i 20 min-pola sata plivanja dok se ne stekne kondicija.

dajte mi uopute za pocetak. naocale imam, kupaci imam, volju imam, bazen kvalitetan imam (u blizini, ne ispred kuce    ), nekad davno sam trenirala privanje god dana i nesto mi je od tehnike ostalo

koje savjete imate za mene prije pocetka?

  Plivanje je odlican odabir crobnog treninga, ali visak kila se nece otopiti ako nije uz dobar trening sredjena prehrana i naravno ako nisi u deficitu s kalorijama
Dakle sve posloziti i biti uporan

  plivanje je odlicno i najvaznije opustajuce...takoder odlicno za skidanje kila...ako vam se neda plivat osnosno cini vas se monotono upisite vaterpolo...pa cete vidjet sta je snaga...ja sma dugo treniro vaterpolo u primorju i odlicno je za definiciju...zato neki vodeno sport i naprijed  necete pogrijesiti
