Ovako do sad nisam uzimao nikakve dodatke prehrani ali moj
napredak se uzasno usporio gotovo ga nema tako da bi trebao
neki stimulans.
A inace sam vec dugo u sportu i relativno sam zadovoljan
sadasnij stanjem ali ima jos puno rada. Bitna stvar je to
da ne zelim BB look nego definirano tjelo atletska/fitness
figura

a evo i pitanja:
š. Koje dotke preporucate (znam da je to vec svima jako
naporno pitanje ali evo ga jos jednom)
2 Kolko dugo si sit od jednog obroka
