Nije to nego nastojim sve nutrijente unositi kroz hranu.. Od kreatina
bas ne postizem neke rezultate, a i meni izaziva pristice..

Mislim da cu izbacit i dextrosu za eksperiment :D

Bas cam citao jedan ebook o tome da dextroza u pwm i nije toliko
potrebna.. I s obzirom da su meni utezi trenutno sporedna stvar, a
boks primarna.. A jos cemo vidjet.. Treba experimentirat..

U PWM-u trebaš dextrozu itekako. S cim misliš popunit glikogen? Dexstrozom ili nekim ugljikohidratom koji ima visok GI. Jer pazi, ako nemaš nekog ugh-a, whey ce "krpat" glikogen, a to nije svrha wheya, nego taj posao obavlja dex.

Znam ja to sve, samo bih hti neki eksperiment neka 2,3 tjedna
napravit.. Umjesto dekstroze i proteina recimo pojest krumpir i meso..
Neki cak ni ne piju pwm, vec dwm.. Cemo vidjet..
