o yes yes..meni jako dobra vježbica... radim je doma na klupici sa bucicama...rado bi i na treningu al bi me gazda lansirao kroz prozor da mu se penjuckam po klupicama (a i ostali s obzirom da uvijek fali mjesta)
da se dobro umorit... |

Ja sam slozio jucer posebno klupicu za tu vjezbu.. Mogao bih je izvodit kao dodatak kad radim i box squat.. Citao sam malo, sto je visa klupica, vise gadjas hamstringse, zato sam si ja nizu da quadse pogodim.. |

Da, ovo je teško u teretani raditi jer se nitko ne penje po klupicama.
Ako imaš doma klupicu, definitivno treba probati. Bilo kakve nove vježbe su uvijek dobrodošle. |

Slozio sam si dovoljne visine da mogu to radit.. S obzirom da gadjam quadse, ni ne treba biti visoka.. Ima nekih 35cm.. |

imate neki tip kako pogodit više guzu? ja isto radim ovu vježbu na klupici povremeno, al mala je to klupica

inace u teretani, ali ova prošla 3 tjedna ne koliko bih htjela zbog ispita pa bude 2-3x at best kad ne mogu do teretane ili mi se ne da, radim doma, utege, bodyweight i vijacu. a u teretani se ne penjem po klupicama jer nisam primjetila da itko drugi to radi pa se ne usudim

sve osim barbell step up-a, ozbiljno za pogodit dupe moraš se ozbiljno poigrat sa ozbiljnim vježbama poput sumo deadlifta i cucnja, zercher cucanj i iskoraci, back raise, good morning itd itd ali da..to je teško |

thorn sunce riskirajuci da izazovem daljnje salve smijeha, rec cu da radim iskorak, i hodajuci iskorak, sad to napokon sve izvodim pravilno, deadlift jbg s utezima, a ne šipkom, nadam se da ce jednom doc i do toga(nisam ja kriva što jedva dignem tu šipku )...anyhow, ne pokušavam ništa na lakši nacin, ali sve dodatno može pomoc, s obzirom da treba vremena, pogotovo s lošim držanjem da usvojiš tehniku...eto

biberice nema frke al doista ako hoceš prave upale gluteusa moraš ga znat pravilno aktivirat i pogodit određenim pokretima di je on najaktivniji.

znam...nadam se da cu nakon pon napokon moc krenut redovito i kako treba sa svim. frknut cu tu ideju za program pa ocekujem ispravke
