Sta mislite o ovoj soluciji? Maltodekstrin ima GI šš0, a to je piva.

Znaci odradit trening kasno navecer da možemo ic pit van navecer
nadam se da je to povoljno rješenje

Htio bih kompletno probat izbacit klasicni PWM, a pa gledam koja je najbolja moguca zamjena..

Unistite mi veselje... mislio maznut barem casu pive uz rizu i meso nakon treninga Nisam mislio samo pivu popit, vec uz obrok

Moram se opterecivat jer mi je sad najbolje vrijeme da se razvijem kako želim, a i sad mi je najlakše, nemam nekih velikih obaveza (jedino ucenje) i imam dosta slobodnog vremena

ma imat ceš vremena kasnije za razvijanje tjelesne konstitucije

sad ti je vrijeme samo za jednu vrstu razvijanja
