Zasto ljudi piju riblje ulje putem kapsula ?

Nije mi jasno zasto unose to ulje, vjerujem da je to 'dobra masnoca'.

To smatram opravdanim jedino ako se striktno drze nekakve dijete pa im je unos
masnoca strogo ogranicen pa onda unose to riblje ulje.

Riblje ulje je koje bogato EPA/DHA...

pozitivne stvari su sto kvalitetne masti spustaju kolesterol i LDL,a podizu dobre masti u krvi (HDL),poticu skidanje masnog tkiva itd...

 EPA (EIKOZAPENTcNSKA m.k., peterostruko nezasicena m.k. sa 20 C atoma koja se nalazi u ribama hladnih mora i morskoj hrani, visi omjer EPA:DHA)

 DHA (DOKOZAHEKScNSKA m. kiselina, sesterostruko nezasicena m.k. sa 22 C atoma) koja se nalazi u algama, morskom raslinju (visi omjer DHA:EPA).

To je vjerovatno glavni razlog ,otapa masne naslage(pozitivno djeluje na otapanje masnih naslaga)

Mozda ti jesi jaci ali ja sam ludji

Suprotno uvrijezenom misljenju ali masnoce i kolesterol su prijeko potrebni za normalnu funkciju ljudskog organizma.

Normalno da su masnoce potrebne ali imamo dobre i lose. a za kolesterol nisam znao. cemu kolesterol sluzi ,probaj objasniti?

Gle.Nema dobrih i losih masnoca.
Postoji samo dobra i losa ravnoteza izmedju njih.
A kolesterol je osnovni gradivni element stanicnih membrana i hormona.
Bez kolesterola nema zivota.

 Ono o cemu treba voditi racuna u prehrani nije kolicina kolesterola u namirnicama vec zasicenih masnih kiselina u njima. Na ovo sam mislo. Nisam previse potkovan znanjem sto se tice ove teme. svejedno tks.

 Omega 3-sadrze i sjemenke lana (ima ih cak i zakupiti  u dm-u). Ulje sjemenka lana u organizmu se isto razlaze i na  EPH I DHA hmasne kiseline, ali kofein to sprjecava, pa treba paziti. I jedno pitanje; zar se omega 6 ne razlaze sama na omegu 3?

 Glupo pitanje jel da,.. ali  morala sam pitati..  Svi o tim m.kiselinama govore odvojeno.. pukne me i kad vidim na proizvodu da sadrzi omega 6.. a ovaj omega 3.. kupite oba, trebaju vam ...

 Evo...mene zanima kako , ako pijete omega -3, ja sam to tek odnedavno pocela piti.... vidim da ima tema na to...pa da se nadovezem;)
