pozdrav svima!
evo da se i ja napokon predstavim. imam š7 godina, zivim u zagrebu i idem u medicinsku sk. prije sam se bavila raznim sportovima( ples, odbojka, rukomet, do š4 god).moja prehrana i rekreacija je do prije koji tjedan bila katastrofa. al ozbiljno. umjesto da sam jela zelenjavu ja sam pusila zelenjavu, zed sam gasila zesticama, a sto se tice prehrane imala sam jedva dva obroka al obilna i to neko smece ( cokolada il sendvic ).i to je sve uzasno( pogotovo sto idem u medicinsku),znam. vjerojatno se zgrazate dok citate ( ako citate).i sad sam se napokon opametila i okrenula se zdravom zivotu . pocela sam se hranit zdravo, vjezbat, a sve to zahvaljujuci raznim forumima o prehrani, zdravlju i bb-u. i tako sam se odlucila bas za ovaj . nadam se da cete me savjetovat i bit mi podrska    .

naravno da smo ti podrska..mi sto tu da podrzimo i savetujemo.. :)
ovde takodje mozes da postujes jelovnike i sve ostalo tj koliko si vezbala..unos kcal kao i potrosnja istih .. ;)

. vec ima par pitanja! zanimam me kakvi su treninzi vama curama? vidjela sam vase jelovnike i ono dosta se razlikuju od mojih jer sam ja po deckima radila jelovnik samo sam ga prilagodila svojim potrebama kolicinski

  Mislim da ti je ok jelovnik kolko sam vidio, jedino nema baš ugljikohidrata jel? netrebas bjezat od njih, onih slozenih u kombinaciji sa proteinima, slobodno pojedi i zobene ujutro sa posnim ili nekim izvorom proteina.......
mozda sam i fulao jer se ne sjecam vise jelovnika, a da ne kopam po starim postovima

pitas za trening...?pa ovako:
kada krenes da vezbas moras prvo znati koliko imas kondicije...i u zavisnosti od toga ces podesiti intenzitet i vreme trajanja..;)
u pocetku tj š-2 nedelje to ti je pocetak dok ne steknes kondiciju..a kasnije ces sve vise povecavati inrtenzitet i vreme...dalje....bitno je veoma koja ti je kriticna zona ili da li hoces da oslabis,da se zategnes i sl...
objasni nam sve lepo..sa cime imas problem...koje su te zone...i sta jedes otprilike..;)
