molim savjet!
da li bi bilo lose umjesto jutarnjeg cardia navecer ili popodne brzo hodat ili trcat(ujutro sam u sk a danas se probudila u pet a vani kisa padala pa nisam odradila cardio )??..i posto sam u sk od 8 do 2 mogu li pojest sendvic od razenog i posnog/purece posto sam na low carb prehrani a za sendvic mi treba nekih š50 g razenog :(??

š50g razenog je puno. ako ja sa 85kg mogu sendvic od 50g kruha, mozes i ti..

ma i misla sam ja da je puno ispada mi skoro 3g po kg tezine al mi starci poceli prigovarat da se izgladnjujem u tih 6 h sto sam u skoli sa 50 g kruha

ma sve to ok . al ima dana kad mi je praksa nakon skole pa me nema od 8 do 6 a nemogu jest svaka dva il tri sata mogu samo hranit pacjente

Ali Thorn, sada cu podebljat sendvice kad imam 2 treninga dnevno i ocu povecat snagu.. na 75g kruha..
