Mislim da u š2. mjesecu idem u izradu tih "sprava"..

Kako svi gledaju da ubace nove stvari, svima je vec laganini dosadila monotonija dizanja utega - potrebne su nove stvari i ove vježbe su definitivno zanimljive.

hahaha... to se i ja pitam.. ma kavez je spreman, samo cekam.. nikako da je frend iznese iz firme..

ovo cu izradit tamo oko blagdana, a trebat ce mi za 2. i 3. mjesec..

A ne vidim bas neku zamjenu za ovu vjezbu.. mozda trcanje po uzbrdici.. ja gledam vjezbu za kondiciju.. naravno da ostajem na 53š programu uz to...

ove vježbe su super, ali nema ništa što mi može zamijenit šipku i utege

Ti nešto stalno mijenjaš sisteme treninga sad bi ovo sad bi ono uzmi si klasicni 53š i drži se neko vrijeme tog programa

sprintevi po uzbrdici ili guranje ove sprave na dane kada nisu utezi..

ja sam definitvno za ubacivanje ovakvih vježbi
