Evo ovako....krecem lagano sa nekim vjezbama.....moj problem su kile...(imam ih malo) Visok sam š80 i tezak 60 kg.....E sad sta da radim? Koje prehrana,koje vjezbe? S tim da bi radio samo na dobivanju kila i misicne mase jer mi je kondicija visoka....Ajd ko ima malo vise iskustva neka pomogne....
e da imam š6 godina.....

Pa evo gledam taj tvoj jelovnik i moj je dosta slican tome....samo ja mozda jedem malo vise masnog (cevapi hamburger) ali opet ne dobivam nista kila....

Pa sa samim jelovnikom, bez kvalitetnog vjezbanja, mozes dobiti kile ali na krivim mjestima.

Kvalitetan trening je taj koji 'odlucuje' gdje ce se hrana spremati i bez njega nema kvalitetne kilaze (misicne mase).

Cisto da kazem; ja sam u prvoj godini treniranja dobio preko š0kg.
(dosta dobro rasporedjenih)
