u cemu je problem sa slikama?

p.s pod preharnu napišeš što jedeš.. proteini i zdravi uh ne znaci baš puno ;9 da ne pricamo da fale zdrave masti

prikaže i nikako da ih stavim...

Prehrana: Dorucak ubaci prije treninga, i definitivno fali
proteina. Nemoj se bojati jesti, jedi svaka 3h (otprilike), i
pokušaj u svaki obrok ubaciti neki izvor proteina
btw. u rucku, š00g P je daleko previše, 30-35g po obroku
