Idem u teretanu vec neko vrijeme i uzimam samo whey odmah
nakon treninga...Kako bi htio malo pojacat efekt dodao bi sad kreatin i aminokiseline... Konkretno me zanima, možete li mi dati savjet kako mi je najbolje uzimati tu kombinaciju, odnosno, što bi trebao prije treninga, što poslije, a što od toga kad ne treniram |

Koje aminokiseline?
Kreatin se uzima svaki dan po 5 grama ako je monohidrat - u biti nije bitno kad.. iako ga na dane kad imaš trening stavi u shake p.s da napomenem... suplementi su zadnji po važnosti, trening, prehrana i odmor su na prvom mjestu, bez toga, malo ce ti svi suplementi svjeta znaciti Edited by Iluvatar |
