Od opreme imam: 2 utega po š,5kg, 2 utega po 6kg, i 2 utega po 8kg...
Imam šipku za zgibove, i to je to...
Ako šta treba kupiti nije problem...

Ja bih pretpostavila da je osoba koja je postavila pitanje pocetnik tako da ce za pocetak veslanje i sa 6 i sa 8 kila biti just fine

 Ja sada za ledja radim samo zgibove.. izbacio sam sve ostale vjezbe.. osim mrtvog s ravnim nogama za donja ledja..

Tjedno oko š80 zgibova vidim da dosta cini za ledja..

Za jedna dio leđa da, ali ne za kompletna. Zato i treba kombinirat horizontalna i vertikalna vucenja da se pogode kompletna leđa

Kak ceš sa zgibovima pogodit erektore npr?

Nisam rekao da su zgibovi ultimativa vježba za cjela leđa nego najbolja opcija za njega :)

A što se tice erektora, razlicitim varijacijama zgibova rade ipak i oni, barem je tako iskustvo pokazalo, uzmi nekog tko je jak na zgibovima pa vidi koliko je prneosno na DL - poprilicno, tako da ništa nije narucito zapušteno

Ma zgibovi su super stvar za leđa al ipak erektor ne radi u nekoj znacajnoj mjeri tu :D
Jednostavno po anatomiji pokreta erektor je uspravljivac kralježnice i ne sudjeluje u zgibovima nešto ekstra
