što jesti poslije cardia?

Malo sam cupao po forumu tražeci odgovor na ovo pitanje i zakljucio da sam ili slijep, ili tog stvarno nema :) 
Ispricavam se ako je to vec negdje ipak spomenuto. 

što je najpametnije uzeti poslije cardia? PWM, whey bez dextroze, sporo razgradive proteine tipa posni, kinder ladu, burek s mesom ili ništa?

Znaci ko PWM samo ne whey+dextroza nego obicni p+uh tipa piletina + tjestenina? 

I da, nisam se sjetio naglasiti da pitam za HIIT a ne LI cardio.

U tom slucaju možeš i klasican pwm ali i P+UH obrok
