koliko puta na tjedan trcite? na koliko km? zanima me koliko je optimalno...
što se trcanja tice, prava sam ovisnica ;))

Osobno nisam poklonik trcanja tj jogginga

trcim skoro svaki dan po 6-9 km... strah me da ne pretjeram, pa pitam je li zaista potrebno trcati svaki dan (odn. koliko puta tjedno) da ostaneš u formi i zadržiš/poboljšaš kondiciju?

Gledaj.. za samo održavanje forme i kondicije po meni postoje puno bolji nacini. That being said... ako trciš iz gušta.. trci koliko ti paše i to je to ;)

Ja mislim da bi trebalo kombinirat i trcanje i biciklu, te sada jos dodat tome i plivanje preko ljeta.. da se ne ogranicimo samo na jednu crobnu aktivnost..

Po meni je plivanje najbolja aktivnost za gornji dio tijela, a trcanje za donji dio.. bicikla jest dobra, i stiti zglobove, ali ne umara kao trcanje.. mene nakon trcanja boli cijelo tijelo..
