Treniram da, navecer jedi povrce kuhano u vodi i piletinu takodjer kuhanu. Hrana spremljena na lešo je najbolji nacin pripreme...Izbjegavaj ugljikohidrate nakon zalaska sunca:)))

seceri ti opcenito ne trebaju, osim dekstroze nakon treninga posto dize razinu inzulina i vozi aminokiseline u misice. Glucosamin bi trebalo isto ubaciti u shake da malo i hrskavice dobe klopicu...

Ma može slobodno pojest kruti obrok nakon treninga. Smajlica, slobodno pitaj ako ti nešto nije jasno ili ako imaš nekih nedoumica, a po posnom slobodno šibaj. Ubaciš šaku kikirikija, neko povrce i voila ![]() |

Probaj papati više mrkve, cikle, repe, tikve, pipuna.... tako da imaš u prehrani slatkih namirnica ... ja sam na sebi primjetila da mi se jede slatko i da sam nervozna kad ne jedem dovoljno UH-a. |
