Treniram da, navecer jedi povrce kuhano u vodi i piletinu takodjer kuhanu. Hrana spremljena na lešo je najbolji nacin pripreme...Izbjegavaj ugljikohidrate nakon zalaska sunca:)))

cak i bez treninga?? Onda ja stvarno nista ne razumijem... A onda nisam ni grijesila, pa sam sretna...hehe...Maloprije sam pojela kao vecericu neku salatu s š50g posnog...Ako imas dobru literaturu, senduj pls!!

Pa ako si imalo citao o meni, sve ti je jasno Zaista se trudim, ali je tesko...Najteza mi je moja psiha! nE MOGU DA SHVATIM DA MOGU POJEST POLA KILE POSNOG DNEVNO BEZ STETE, A DA MI PREVISE VOCA TAKO MOZE STETU NANIJETI...tj. secera iz voca....Ali, ucim, ucim, Pittbull.... seceri ti opcenito ne trebaju, osim dekstroze nakon treninga posto dize razinu inzulina i vozi aminokiseline u misice. Glucosamin bi trebalo isto ubaciti u shake da malo i hrskavice dobe klopicu...

Ma može slobodno pojest kruti obrok nakon treninga.
Smajlica, slobodno pitaj ako ti nešto nije jasno ili ako imaš nekih nedoumica, a po posnom slobodno šibaj. Ubaciš šaku kikirikija, neko povrce i voila T&#šš1;ngue

Probaj papati više mrkve, cikle, repe, tikve, pipuna.... tako da imaš u prehrani slatkih namirnica ...

ja sam na sebi primjetila da mi se jede slatko i da sam nervozna kad ne jedem dovoljno UH-a.
