Pa ovako kao sto naslov glasi zanima me moze li obicna hrana zamjeniti proteine u prahu mislim na njihovo djelovanje u nasem tijelu ...

znam to ali koje namirnice naprimjer mogu tako prije treninga i poslje kao sto bih te proteine a da imaju isti efekat

rijec "efekt" je pretjerana u ovome slucaju buduci da oznacava uzrocno-posljedicnu vezu proteina i nekih ucinaka na tijelo u vidu magicne supstance od koje se odmah osjeti djelovanje.

protein je protein, dolazio on iz praha ili iz mesa, jaja, sira, po meni nebitno.
