Zanima me da li ga smijemo pojesti nakon treninga pošto je bogat vlaknima i sadrži u sebi ugljikohidrate.??

Pa poslje treninga je preporucljivije da izvor uh bude onaj sa visim GI i da ne sadrzi previse vlakana u sebi radi kao brze apsorpcije......... grah je puno bolji tokom dana kao izvor uh nego nakon treninga
