Pokusavam 3x tjedno. Poslije posla - oko š8-š9h.

Kada nisam radio uvijek sam trenirao oko š4h no sada se sve promjenilo.

U teretani 5-6 puta tjedno + cardio 30-45 min 3-4 puta tjedno...

Ja isto tako! S time da cesto mijenjam "programe", tj. bavim se svim i svacim pa mi nije dosadno, a i prilagodim rekreaciju trenutnom raspolozenju i energiji koju imam.

I rijetko kad vjezbam ujutro, ponekad vikendom (ak se ne vratim prekasno doma noc prije). Najcesce oko š8 sati vjezbam, to mi je idealno doba.

 4-5x trening snage. 5-6x cardio. Snaga ujutro, cardio navecer.  

Napiso bi ja i detaljnije, al admin mi nedaju dok ne skupim postove

 4-6x pilates, orbitrek po 40 min 3-4x, 2x šh trbusni, šx po 2h s-faktor..

 Ponekad ujutro ponekad popodne il navecer ovisno o mojim smjenama na poslu...

Sad imam stanku jer sam ozlijedila kolino na treningu..Najradje bi nastavila tempo 5-6 puta tjedno al sad nakon ovog cu smanjit na 3-4....puta....Ovo mi je najgore sto mi se moglo dogodit da moram doma ka invalid siditi..sa ovim ledovima na koljenima...Za kvasinu necu vam ni pricati haha
