Pozz svima
Znam da se tijekom definicije treba smanjiti unos UH i treba se više paziti na prehranu, ali mene zanimaju suplementi npr. sad pijem whey+dekstroza+voda, s cim se tada pije whey i koji proizvodi po vama najbolje pospješuju gubitak bf-a ! |

Ja ga uvijek pijem sa dextrozom....eventualno smanjim kolicinu iste, ali gledam da ce mi ta PW glukoza više znaciti kod održavanja mišicne mase i nadopune dijela glikogena, nego ista kolicina nekih UH u nekom obroku prije ukoliko sam ih srezao nisko.
