Evo i mene, mlade mame blizanaca. Dobila sam 25 kg u trudnoci, skinula 12 (nista), ostalo najmanje 15 za skinuti, ali naravno ljenost je nagora bolest. Hranim se u letu, nemam reda, jedan dan vjezbam ( u kuci), narednih 10 ne i sve tako u krug. Nisam u mogucnosti izlaziti vani, tako da mi se sve vrti u kuci sa bebama. Eto, odlucila sam da to sve presjecem rigorozno, prateci vasu stranicu i citajuci iskustva...pa ja to moram i mogu, zelim.

Jelovnik, dorucak 1, 2 jaja ili samo zitarice, rucak (nekad ga ima nekad nema), povrce (sve vrste, rijetko cvjetaca), piletina, tunjevina, vecera nekad je ima nekad nema, nekad zitarice, nekad voce, ali ono sto je najbitnije ako ima nesto slatko to obavezno ide poslije dorucka ili rucka, nekad i poslije vecere ili uzmem nesto sto pravim bebama onako sve usput, hljeb dvije kriske, uz sve to...otprilike to se tako vrti, tjestenina ponekad.

Trening radim turbo jam mix 1 i 2 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xJ0T-eZ_xhY (imam dvd i u kuci radim) ili preskakanje vijace 100x10, onda pauza 10 dana mozda i 15 pa onda opet 5 puta radim, pa opet tako :/

ja mogu pomoc samo s podrskom, jer jos uvijek ni sama ne povezujem sto i koliko trebam jest

Gym, hahahhaaa, ma mislila sam ono nekad preskocim dorucak, nekad rucak, problem je sto mi nista to nije uredno. Evo upravo proucavam :D

Znaci ovako...

9:00 . 20 g cokoladica sa zitaricama i kava bez secera
11:00 trening cardio 45 min
12:30 100 g zitarica sa casom mlijeka
15:30 povrce sa sojom i paradajiz sosom ( ne znam koliko )
19:30 palenta, kolicina sake

jedva sastavih, malo proteina, ali jedva sam stigla i ovo pojesti, valja li ista od ovog?
