Uzmi, ali ne klasican pwm. Whey DA, glukoza NE. Ispravno, sto nizi GI, recimo normalan jutarnji obrok sa zobenima, integralnim kruhom ili vec necim sto inace jedes.

Primjer: whey - zobene - mlijeko ili voda. Brzo i jednostavno.

ja sam procitala ne nekoj stranici da se mijesa whey+ voda i u nj zobene! nisam š00% sigurna,al mislim da je tak...

Da se nadovezem na staru temu - koji bi bio najbolji obrok poslije HIIT-a (dakako, osim wheya - u smislu, ako ne uzimam whey)?

Jel onaj tipicni s bjelanjcima ili cokoladnim, ili nešto drugo?
