Visok sam 182cm. imam oko 79kg. Treniram redovno 3-4 puta na tjedan. zadovoljan sam sa svojim izgledom al imam jedan problem koji neznam kako da riješim...
Naime trbuh mi je ravan, al kada sjednem imam jedan sloj deblje kože na donjem djelu trbuha, i to me smeta. kako bi istopio to??? da mi se to ne vidi dok sjedim?? Molim pomoc???

Obuci majicu !! ...zezam se, sredi prehranu, ubaci kardio, aerobne ili anaerobne vježbe... šta god ti paše, pokušaj s hiit treninzima, radi vješbe za abdomenal 2 puta tjedno.. uz sve ostalo naravno. Edited by Thor - 03 Svibanj 2012 at 20:28 |
