 Imam 2š godinu,visoka sam š65 cm,imam 75 kgnaravno,zelim da smrsam,mada se ne opterecujem puno jer mi fino stoji,ali ipak je ljepse biti fit.Do sada sam drzala razne dijete i uspijevala da smrsam,ali kad se vratim starim navikama,udebljam se vise nego ranije.Ne vjezbam,jer  sam mnogo zauzeta.Sta da radim?I da naglasim da imam punije noge,u gornjem dijelu tijela sam normalno gradjena.

I promjeni stav da si prezauzeta sa vjezbanje.... to prvo... pa onda sve drugo;) Jer NISI......

istina, uvijek se nadje vremena bar pola sata za vjezbanje ako ne i vise i uvijek mozes promijeniti nesto od svojih navika.. npr.. ides u skolu/na fax/na posao non stop tramvajem.. koji put to zamijeni nekom laganom setnjicom - bila to jedna stanica - jedna stanica... umjesto da recimo gledas telku lezeci zamijeni to orbitrekom/sobnim biciklom/steperom - š0 min, š0 min -malo po malo i naviknes se evo ovo su samo neki od primjera
