  Zanima me da li preporucujete sardine u ulju i u kojim kolicinama? Imam hrpu konzervi u smocnici . Inace na "definiciji" sam.

  Kada smažeš sardine (imaš caku da ih staviš u cijedilo a u cijedilo u  dva sloja papirnati rucnik,da se ipak malo ocijede) prebaci se na tunu u vodi..koja je definitivnio kvalitetniji izbor..trenutno najjeftinija tuna u vodi je u Getrou..
Inace jedan od kvalitetnih a brzih obroka (npr.na poslu) je izmješati konzervu tune i konzervu mahuna..mene u pripremama za natjecanje takva kombinacija spašavala..imala zalihu u gepeku..
Možda vas budu kolege na poslu malo cudno gledali..pa gledajte i vi njih..tko ih šiša!
Inace ovakav obrok je odlican za srednji dio dana ili ranije poslije podne..za vecernji obrok su ipak neke druge kombinacije namjernica bolje..i svakako ne poslije treninga..

ooo da, moj cest poslovni obrok  samo ga furam u tupperware-u  Mene srecom tamo ne gledaju cudno, manje-više svi smo u tome, samo oni novi nekad znaju blenut

Ja ovog frenda što radi u mom gymu uvijek cudno gledam kad vidim one posudice sa piletinom i rižom  pa ti jedi to svaki dan

Koliko zapravo uopce smijemo jesti tunu tjedno?
Mnogi govore da je Rio Mare najbolja jer ne sadrži toliko žive kao ostale.
