Cao ekipa!
Odlucila sam se za cikliranje UH i sad me zanima jesam li si dobro sastavila plan. Evo ovako treniram 4 puta tjedno, znaci ponedjeljak, utorak, srijeda i cetvrtak ili petak ovisi, i na dane treninga bih unosila 100 g uh, ostale dane 50, nedjeljom skoro pa nista. Od bamirnica vec znam sto da sto ne. Unosim oko 1400 kcal dnevno. Eto slobodno mritizirajte ako ne valja 🤠🤠🤠 |

zoey, ima stvarno masa tih principa, jednostavno uzmeš neke omjere i testiraš gdje će ti najbolje krenuti :) Teško je ovako komentirati plan kad plan ni ne vidimo ![]() |
