Evo imam pitanja za neke koje su vec probali pa da mi kazu iskustva... Naime procitao sam na jednom forumu kako je za rekreativce mnogo ucinkovitiji fullbody trening nego split... Razlozi su mnogi, neki od njih su konkretno: Pokretanje hormona prilikom rada vise grupa misica odjednom, pokretanje testosterona i hormona rasta... Da ne objasnjavam mnogo imate ispod u linku text pa koga zanima moze da pogleda...

Ja osobno koristim full body.. sve ima svoje prednosti i mane.. masu ces dobit sa kvalitetnom prehranom :)
