Uglavnom ih smrvim prije samog obroka i ubacim u zobene, smoothie, jogurt, frape, posipam u pecena jaja, posipam po jabukama, stavim u kolacice i muffinse...nisu bas prefino samo, tako da je najbolje kad se prikrije medu drugi sastojcima. :)

:) mislio sam, imate li neke specijalne recepte :) citao sam o nekim cajevima, soku i slicno :) kazu da takodje ubrzavaju metabolizam i djeluju na crijevnu floru

Fora kod lanenih sjemenki jest da ih treba jesti mljevene jer ih inače organizam ne može probaviti pa samo prođu netaknute kroz nas. (izađu u istom obliku u kojem su i ušle). Istovremeno, ako nije dobro kupiti mljevene jer vrlo brzo oksidiraju.
Dakle, najbolje je kupiti cijele i neposredno prije konzumacije samljeti ih i jesti svježe samljevene. Ja ih ubacim u posni ili kazein prije spavanja i tako pojedem. |

Također, kombinacija sa posnim/jogurtom favorit, najčešće kao zadnji obrok ali nekad i light i međuobrok :) može se i meso obložiti njima pa napraviti neku verziju zdravog pohanog :), pa u zobene, muffine, palačinke....i u sve živo di nam prifali masnoća ;) |
