170g zobenih pahuljica 50g maslaca od kikirikija 1 žličica praška za pecivo(da vam se digne....keks) 1 jaje 5 mjerica whey protien(ako nemate možete stavit kao zamjenu,bademe,bananu,kikiriki,orahe...) možete dodat i šećer ali ne.(takodjer i čokoladu) mlijeko(mora vam doć onako packava smjesa pa prilagodite..) egdje oko 4 žlice priprema jaja,maslac i mlijeko(izmiksate) i to pomješate s suhim sastojcima Pecete 5-10min na 180-200 c |
