Ja bolje ne bih žumanjke u pwm-u, ako ti financije dopuštaju, deri samo po bjelanjcima, a žumanjke ostavi za zadnji obrok. ;)

Jedno pitanje, kako ubiti glad nakon treninga, procitala sam sto ste pisali poslije treninga su dobri prakticki bilokakvi proteini bilo posni, whey itd. uz to za osvjezenje moze neko voce, ali ja budem toliko gladna da nista ne pomaze i onda sam bzvz isla vjezbati kad cu pojesti dvostruko vise nego sto sam potrosila npr. danas nakon treninga: mlijeko+mjerica wheya+20g sumskog voca, nakon toga sam i dalje gladna, pa uzmem 30g tunjevine sa dva integralna tosta...pa pojedem veliku jabuku i malo badema...i ja sam i dalje gladna! Sta mogu pojesti da efikasno ubije glad nakon treninga na bar 2 sata, a ne na 5 minuta? :(
