Ujutro oko š0 h radim trening sa utezima.. 3 x tjedno, a 5-6 puta tjedno popodne u 5 odradjujem 90 min boksacki treninga.. primam savjete za prehranu kako bih odrzao tezinu, tj. skinuo 2,3 kg masnih naslaga kako bih pao na 9škg za tesku kategoriju..

Od dodataka koristim l-carnitin, proteine, glutamin, fat burner, vitamine i minerale..

Svi savjeti dobrodosli :D

puno proteina, puno dobrih UH - za dorucak i poslje treninga uglavnom i najviše, plus ponekad tijekom dana, ali izbjegavanje navecer! plus dobre masti

Znaci ovako nekako??

09:00 oko 70g zobenih + whey
š0:00 trening s utezima
nakon treninga whey + 50g dekstroze
š2:30 oko 50g integralne rize, 200g pilecih prsa
š5:00 š20g tune u maslinovom ulju, povrce
š6:00 banana
š7:00 trening boksa
š9:00 whey + 50g dekstroze
2š:00 200g svjezeg sira, 40g oraha

ne ne..sirove 50g.. nemogu ja dnevno bez jedno 200g ugljikohidrata..

  pa ako imaš treninga dva ni ne treba ti manje, ja sam znao pola kile skuhane riže u jednom obroku, kilu dnevno  ;)

i obrati pažnju na ono za zadnji obrok

znaci mislis poslije boksackog treninga..da pojedem jos zob??

a kad mene ti ugljikohidrati debljaju.. ali valjda brzi ugljiko koje pojedem. sada sam izbacio ih sa menija..
