Ja cu isto ponoviti ukrtako

ujutro ne štedi na UH - zobene, kruh, slobodno ali neka bude i proteina, barem 2 jajeta - :D

rucakje nepotpun i trebaš komad mesa uz to

vecera treba proteine ali bez UH znaci meso, jaja ili sir uz salatu i bademe ili slican izvor masti

smanjiti voce a povecati povrce ako je moguce

 Hvala na savjetima..jako ste dobar forum...

- jedem meso, ali ovih dana ne, jer sam ga do sad pržila, npr. šnicle i slicno..sad ga ne znam pripremiti bez ulja

je li bijela riža štetna? ja jako volim rižu, sve do sad sam mislila da je korisna žitarica???

meso slobodno isprži ali na teflon tavi koja treba jako malo ulja ili još bolje na maslacu

riža nije nešto pretjerano korisan ali smije se jesti ponešto, ovisno o aktivnostima, metabolizmu i dobi dana

 Nego šta da je dobra, pogledaj Kineze kako su fit  Korisnija je od tjestenine..

i ja ju obožavam, možeš ju slobodno ubacit za rucak š-2 put tjedno (probaj bijelu zamijenit integralnom), ja ju znam kombinirat s nekim povrcem ili morskim plodovima...ponekad i s mesom nakon treninga....al najcešce s povrcem.

zbog više vlakana, minerala i ostalih prirodnih elemenata koji joj daju vecu hranjivu vrijednost, a i zbog sporije razgradnje pa time i sporijeg porasta inzulina u odnosu na bijelu..

ako nikako ne unosim šecer je li se to može na neki nacin loše odraziti na organizam ?

evo nakon petog dana sam pojela cokoladicu životinjsko carstvo..do sad nisam imala ni potrrebu..
