Toliki unos proteina je nužan da ne izgubiš mišice! unosi što više proteina i baci ne na cardio pa ceš smršaviti bez da dobiješ mišice! što se tice unosa, nije ne moguce ali je teško bez suplemenata ako nemaš neki apetit kao što kažeš ![]() |
