Trenutno imam 73 kg
dnevno plivam 3 kilometra minimalno, teretana 3 puta tjedno po bar sat vremena sto se tice prehrane, studentska je ali obilata i vrlo redovita :) koji mi dodatak prehrani preporucate, da nabijem š0tak kila, i da mogu odrzavat tih 83-84 kila... |

ako msilsis nabacit š0kg nemoj mislit da ces uz neznan koje proteine dobit samo misice,dobit ces i sala.pojacaj prehranu i koristi whey i kreatin za pocetak i naravno uz whey poslin treninga dextrozu.ujutro za dorucak zobene pahuljice,navecer prije spavanja 250gr posnog sira i 50-š00gr kikirikija.priko dana kombiniraj meso,tunjevinu,ostalu ribu,rizu,manistru,kuhano povrce... ostalo sta te zanima o dodacima prehrani procitaj ovde Edited by zmaj |

Nema tog suplementa koji ce te oblikovati, to rade treninzi, a š0 kg mišica je jako puno! Preporucio bih ti whey koncentrat - recimo od pro.nutritiona (jer je najpovoljniji) plus dekstroza i eventualno kreatin kao što je zmaj rekao, no moraš što što više srediti prehranu! Kakav ti je trening u teretani? P.S zmaju trebao si dati link na faq a ne pokušavati sve zgurati u jednu recenicu, neka covjek nauci s razumjevanjem FAQ prehrana |

Aa koja je razlika izmedju izolata i koncentrata, mislim
citao sam one strucne definicije i to, ali me zanima zasto mu preporucujes koncentrat, jeli bolji za dobijanje mase ili..? |

izolat je malo "cišci" (nešto manje laktoze i masti) pa je zato mrvicu kvalitetniji ali što se njihove primarne funkcije tice, a to je krpanje mišicnih vlakana nakon treninga, i jedan i drugi ce ju ispunit na pravi nacin |

da.evo upravo san se cuja sa jednin tipon koji za whey koristi izraz kemija.pokusa san mu objasnit da je skroz prirodno ali neide.govori on meni lako je vama dizat velike tezine kad ste svi na proteinima.
